Removable Bubble Level

This means the bubble level colors are interchangeable, allowing for maximum customization. Every scope base comes with the standard green bubble level with additional colors available for purchase. Change out your bubble level for a pink or blue level with ease. Simply unscrew the level, take out the existing level, pop in another color, and tighten it down. Decide later down the road that you want to try yet another color? No problem, follow those same steps over again.

This is a very nice base, machined well and made from high-quality materials. It recovers a bit more scope travel than the stock 30 MOA base of the RPR. With my scope and rings there is just enough clearance to screw on the sun shade with scope caps, and the muzzle is not visible at minimum magnification. In my case the 60 MOA base would have required taller rings.

I only got this base for the extra scope travel and not for the bubble level. In fact, it is impossible for me to see the bubble level when behind the scope.

One issue I encountered was that the rear-most screw protruded just enough from the bottom of the scope base and prevented the bolt from closing.

I’ve only fired around 50 rounds with this scope base so far (which included re-zeroing the scope and setting the zero stop), but it seems to be holding up well.

Totally happy with the rail. All the machining was exact and fit like it was from the factory. The 60 MOA rail is a must for serious long range shooting. If you are currently running low profile rings you will likely need taller ones to clear your optic though. Thanks to the addition of this I was able to bag a mile shot with only using about half of my dial up in my scope!

This rail went on easily. It’s easy to read and accurate. It was an excellent addition to my 300 Win Mag with Vortex Razor HD III scope. It allows me to use its entire adjustment range.
