Awesome chronograph
I have been using a magneto speed for quite a while. But the labradar takes the cake. I have not had any problems getting it to register shots. Way easier to change out rifles to get numbers. The SD card function works great. Once you figure out how to use it it is unmatched. The android app does not work worth a darn but i figure they will work it out sooner then later. I am a fan. Get a tripod off amazon and get a battery pack. I love this unit.

Good, but could be better
Works great, easy to set up, but the menus are less intuitive that most modern electronics. Only takes a little operation to get used to it. Would definitely recommend one.

Labradar is awsome
The Labradar is not inexpensive but I'm willing to pay more for a good product. I've took it out on half a dozen or so trips in 40-50*F temps and one was in misting rain (but it wasn't set up in the rain, was under shelter). It's worked as intended every time. A new owner needs to learn how the unit operates, how to set it up, it's modes and functions prior to taking it to the range. It's not as simple as the old Shooting Chrony to operate, but the Labradar is so much better in data collected, information saved for each string of shots, and most important accuracy. I would recommend others to purchase but would also recommend others to purchase a hard case to store and transport the unit in to prevent damage as this is a consumer grade product and probably not the most robust if mistreated.

Labradar
I've used this on an AR-15 (.225 Remington) with a suppressor. It has triggered 100% with muzzle 6" to the RIGHT and 2" behind. I I've tried it both with Doppler and with acoustic trigger. I also tried with a suppressed .22LR target pistol and subsonic rounds. I've not yet got that to trigger 100% but it did trigger more often than not. It is SO easy to use, and the data file is excellent. I highly recommend this.
