Anarchy Outdoors Bolt Handle Upgrade: Ruger American Gen 2
The design of our Ruger Bolt Handles is the product of a vision of strength and durability. Our machined 416 Stainless Steel bolt handles offer optimal strength and utility. These bolts also have a Black Nitride finish option, which improves the operational capabilities of the handle by reducing wear and corrosion.
The threads accept any of our 5/16 X 24 TPI bolt knobs, which customers can select as an add-on at the time of purchase by selecting their choice from the drop-down menu above the Add to Cart button.

Anarchy Outdoors Bolt Handle Upgrade: Ruger American Gen 2 Review
I recently installed the Anarchy Outdoors Bolt Handle Upgrade on my Ruger American Gen 2 and it’s a noticeable improvement. The machined 416 Stainless Steel construction feels extremely solid and well-made — exactly what you want for a high-use part. I went with the Black Nitride finish option, which looks sharp and provides excellent corrosion and wear resistance. 
The handle is nicely sized (2.67” long) and adds just the right amount of leverage without being oversized. At only 2 oz, it doesn’t add unnecessary weight. Cycling the bolt is now smoother and more positive, especially with the improved grip and ergonomics. It threads perfectly and paired great with one of their 5/16 x 24 TPI bolt knobs (highly recommend adding one during checkout).
Installation was straightforward and took just a few minutes. No fitment issues at all on the Gen 2. This upgrade gives the rifle a more premium feel and better overall handling in the field or at the range. If you’re looking to upgrade the factory bolt handle on your Ruger American Gen 2, this is the way to go. Excellent quality from Anarchy Outdoors! -
