The design of our Ruger Bolt Handles is the product of a vision of strength and durability. Our machined 416 Stainless Steel bolt handles offer optimal strength and utility. These bolts also have a Black Nitride finish option, which improves the operational capabilities of the handle by reducing wear and corrosion.

The threads accept any of our 5/16 X 24 TPI bolt knobs, which customers can select as an add-on at the time of purchase by selecting their choice from the drop-down menu above the Add to Cart button.

We recommend the curved version of the Ruger Precision and Ruger American Bolt Handle Upgrade brings the handle down and has a 20-degree angle, closer to the trigger. This improves bolt manipulation and keeps it close to the rifle to avoid snags.

If your looking for a more traditional feel to your Ruger rifle, the ambidextrous straight version may fit you better.

This thing fits in smoother than the original handle. I paired this with the dragon skin 1.5” bolt knob and it’s awesome. There are YouTube videos on how to replace it. It’s pretty easy. Get the firing pin tool they sell. It’s worth it and if you want to take out the pin for a deep clean you’ll use it again. All and all it’s a worthwhile purchase.
RAP bolt handle upgrade

This has been the best upgrade for my 6.5CR RAP. The stock bolt handle was too small for my gorilla hands, which made it difficult to rapidly chamber a round. However, the upgrade consisting of the grenade knob addressed the issue. It looks awesome and have ordered two more for the 6.5G and .308 RAP.
