Well made and feels great cycling rounds. The new bolt handle and knob really gives a better feel and control.

The upgrade bolt handle is the same length as the factory Ruger handle if you go with the round ball knob option from this vendor. The factory handle incorporates a non-removable round ball knob, while the upgrade is threaded and allows the buyer several alternative knob options. I went with the black acorn knob, which added more than 1/2 inch of extra length to the handle. The acorn knob with added length and diameter significantly reduced the level of effort for bolt cycling.

The new handle installed easily using the firing pin removal tool offered by the vendor. The install from start to finish took about 10 minutes, with most of that being taken up by removing the factory handle out of the bolt; it was in there pretty tight. Videos online walked me through the entire process; easy. The new handle, knob and tool came to about $124 delivered to my door. I would make this purchase again without hesitation.

Fits and looks awesome

I purchased one of these handles for my Ruger American and I loved it so much I went ahead and purchased another for my RPR 6.5 PRC. Highly recommend purchasing the removal tool. Makes removal easy without damaging parts. I also recommend the aftermarket bolt knobs.
