The design of our Ruger Bolt Handles is the product of a vision of strength and durability. Our machined 416 Stainless Steel bolt handles offer optimal strength and utility. These bolts also have a Black Nitride finish option, which improves the operational capabilities of the handle by reducing wear and corrosion.

The threads accept any of our 5/16 X 24 TPI bolt knobs, which customers can select as an add-on at the time of purchase by selecting their choice from the drop-down menu above the Add to Cart button.

We recommend the curved version of the Ruger Precision and Ruger American Bolt Handle Upgrade brings the handle down and has a 20-degree angle, closer to the trigger. This improves bolt manipulation and keeps it close to the rifle to avoid snags.

If your looking for a more traditional feel to your Ruger rifle, the ambidextrous straight version may fit you better.

Not gonna lie, it took just over 2 months to get this handle and knob. There were apparently out of stock but that wasn’t listed on their site unfortunately. Fast forward 2 months and a handful of emails.... Damn was it worth the wait! Amazing quality and a much needed upgrade for the Ruger American. Absolutely helped maked the throw easier and more fluid than before. Got the long Dragon Scale Bolt knob and it’s awesome. Really really happy with their products. Can’t say I liked the 2 month wait but it was well worth it. So awesome.

I bought the Aluminum fluted knob to go on mine and i must say it makes it easier to grab an alot faster for me to eject and chamber another round If I need to make a quick follow up shot. Very great upgrade for the Ruger American. Easy to install and fits snug an tight like it should. Yes i will be buying more to go on my Ruger American rifles.

Installed on a tiger American hunter .308 fit perfectly, easy install and smooth operation. Helped bolt comfort and function immensely. BUY THE TOOL!

The A.O. bolt handle makes bolt operation easier, especially for the long action magnum RPR. I have this style handle on my short action RPR 6.5 CM and my long action RPR .300 PRC. Allows easier bolt manipulation, especially when coupled with a larger bolt knob.
