The design of our Ruger Bolt Handles is the product of a vision of strength and durability. Our machined 416 Stainless Steel bolt handles offer optimal strength and utility. These bolts also have a Black Nitride finish option, which improves the operational capabilities of the handle by reducing wear and corrosion.

The threads accept any of our 5/16 X 24 TPI bolt knobs, which customers can select as an add-on at the time of purchase by selecting their choice from the drop-down menu above the Add to Cart button.

We recommend the curved version of the Ruger Precision and Ruger American Bolt Handle Upgrade brings the handle down and has a 20-degree angle, closer to the trigger. This improves bolt manipulation and keeps it close to the rifle to avoid snags.

If your looking for a more traditional feel to your Ruger rifle, the ambidextrous straight version may fit you better.

Very good upgrade from the factory handle, high quality machine work & the extra length makes cycling the bolt much easier and faster .
Also the the firing pin removal tool is a must ... makes process quick and easy .
Just buy a extra tool incase ya loose it like I did , lol !!

Great product. Excellent machine work. Makes bolt manipulation much easier. Simple to change out. Buy the firing pin removal tool while you’re at it..... money well spent!

The fit and finish seem quite good. I really appreciate the extra length when fitted with an AO bolt knob. My arthritic hands thank you for the product, AO

The threaded handle and bolt knob was a perfect upgrade! Great quality product, awesome craftsmanship and WAY better than the stock knob! Install was a breeze! If you’re thinking about upgrade, just do it! You won’t regret it.
