Description

AD Arms Billet Ruger Precision/American Rifle Cocking Piece
***This Pin Back is compatible with new Gen 2 American rifles***
*NOTE* This firing pin back is not compatible with RPR/American rimfire rifles.
This product is a billet RPR/American Firing Pin Back or cocking piece developed by AD Arms in response to the breakages many have experienced with the factory metal injection molded part. The design allows it to replace the factory part with ease.
This cocking piece is machined from a pre-hardened 4140 alloy billet. It is then nitrided for increased hardness, wear-resistance and corrosion protection. This fully-machined part will get the job done without risk of failure.
Furthermore, this firing pin back is lighter than the stock part. Because it is lighter, it increases lock-time performance while the hardness of the material decreases cocking effort.

Lost part but not forgotten customer.
My Ruger RPR's cast cocking piece broke after 500 rounds. The new solid billet piece from Anarchy Outdoors is a welcome precision formed and cut part, made to the exact physical dimensions but beats the original with better materials and machining. Swapped onto my firing pin with 15 minutes of home smithery. What is even more remarkable is this is a replacement which Anarchy kindly sent at their cost, when the first part they shipped was lost in the mail. And they turned this around to me within a few days. That kind of care for the customer is hard to find. Kudos to the Anarchy Outdoors team. Offering great upgrades and excellent support.

AD Arms Billet Ruger American Rifle Cocking Piece
Great aftermarket product to replace this type of rifle's cocking piece. The factory cast part broke on my rifle and this was the perfect replacement for that crucial part. I would recommend this product.

Foolproof insurance
The factory MIM piece can be good but when it's not you can get into trouble and no one wants that while hunting or in a competition. The AD Arms piece offers better quality control and a little peace of mind for me in my rifles. I highly recommend it and own at least 6 of these for my multiple Ruger American rifles and an RPR.
